Responsibilities:

  • Gathering and documenting requirements for software systems under development
  • Validating development results in terms of compliance with top-level requirements
  • Managing requirements and supporting the team during the development process

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working with English-speaking customers
  • Excellent English (Upper-Intermediate and above)
  • Ability to identify what users really need. Being able to effectively receive, analyze and document information in the process of communication with them. Attention to details
  • Ability to qualitatively describe functional and non-functional requirements for systems (both in Russian and English)
  • Ability to express your own thoughts clearly, conduct interviews on gathering requirements with the users of the system, ability to organize and hold meetings/calls
  • Knowledge of BPMN, UML
  • Experience in designing interfaces (using Axure RP or similar tools), knowledge of UI/UX
  • Understanding the basics of software development

Will be a plus:

  • Expertise in specialized domains (healthcare, finance, etc.)
  • Experience in pre-sale activities
