Our client, one of the top vehicle manufacturers in the United States, has traditionally used a web application to enable sales reps to identify high-potential clients, close deals, and document interactions. This application has worked well… when reps are at their desks in their offices.

But the most effective sales reps are rarely at their desks. In automotive sales, face-to-face interactions are key to closing large-scale deals, which means sales teams need to be able to travel widely, without worrying about connectivity on the go. Unfortunately, the existing web app was difficult to use on tablets and phones, limiting productivity in the field. Our challenge was to translate the app’s essential functionality into a user-friendly mobile experience.
